We genuinely hope that you’ll love your purchase! However, if you change your mind or it doesn’t work for your project, we’re more than happy to offer you a refund, so long as your return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refunds
For all change of mind (non faulty) returns made within 14 days of receiving the order, we offer the following 2 options:
- A full refund to your method of purchase, minus a 20% restocking fee.
- A full refund in the form of non-expiring store credit, with no restocking fee.
If more than 14 days but less than 30 days have passed since you received your order, we are only able to offer a credit note to the value of the purchase.
If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a return option.
Please note that we do not offer change of mind returns for custom orders.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused and in their original packaging (including all mounting hardware, fixing screws, accessories and protective wrapping).
Request for a Refund
To initiate a return, please email our team at info@trinityfixtures.com.au with your order number, the reasons for return/refund, and indicating your preferred method of receiving your refund.
Defective Items
We only replace items (for the same item) that are deemed faulty, defective or damaged within 48 hours after the item is delivered. Please notify us with photos and/or videos of the issue in your notification email within 48 hours of receiving the item to info@trinityfixtures.com.au. If the item is out of stock at the time of the request, you will be offered a full refund of the same value.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges for different items. If you wish to do so, please submit a refund request (read our refund policy first to see if you are eligible). Once your request is approved, we will process a refund and you can purchase a new item.
Return Process
We are unable to provide refunds for items that are damaged or marked, so please take extra care when packing your items for transportation back to us. Return postage remains your responsibility so please hold on to your proof of postage until we have received your item and processed your refund.
Cancellations
- A 15% cancellation fee will be charged if the item has not been dispatched yet.
- Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
Terms
Our Returns & Exchange Policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under the Australian Consumer Law and regulations. Trinity Fixtures, at its absolute discretion, reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind.
